I am currently working in the User Experience & Interface Design Team within the Corporate IT department of the world's second largest global biotech. I strategize, design, and administer a 1500+ page CIT website which is used by over 10,000 employees and 5,000 contractors and supports the company at the enterprise level for IT product and service offerings, as well as IT projects and project teams. I also lead user interface, usability, experience, and interaction design, information architecture, front-end development, and user testing for various enterprise web-based applications that support Genentech business units. Present design strategies and usability solutions to customers, project team members, and senior management. Also mentor junior designers and team members and contribute directly to the development of our User Experience Team methodology and web site, which provides downloadable web site and web application UI and usability standards, style guides, templates, and digital assets.
